Vegan Almond Flour Banana Bread

This vegan almond flour banana bread is a delicious, moist, and healthy alternative to traditional banana bread. It is easy to make and requires just a few simple ingredients. This recipe is a great way to use up ripe bananas and is perfect for breakfast, snacks, or even dessert!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until mostly smooth.
3. Add in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until combined.
4. Slowly add in the almond flour, stirring until just combined.
